The plant had difficulties increasing production capacity and reducing customer nonconformities. A comprehensive study was made from the Strategy, Operations, Costs to and Human Resources Management; recommending improvements in all areas that, when implemented, made possible in the medium term to double the capacity of the plant, achieve an ISO 9001 quality management system certification, improving competitiveness and greater presence in the domestic and international markets.
